Where the wind come sweeping down the lane! And the fields of wheat can sure smell sweet when the wind comes right behind the rain!
Why exactly people decide to go to Oklahoma isn't totally clear to me~Courtney however is reason enough for me to go anywhere! Not that exciting of a state but really good times with the old friend. Next stop in the Fabulous Summer trips included a great trip with dear Courtney who I met in Florida while working for Disney and its been years since we got to spend time together so a good trip was due!
We visited the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City where we each got in touch with our Cowboy side and ate real beef and huckleberry jam! (As oppossed to the fake beef we eat in other states!) All good times!
Perhaps a little to much cowboy 'in touch' ness going on here
And of course, here we are advertising the variety of uses one can get out of your yogurt containers.
And the teacher in me liked the old school house we passed but too bad it was dark outside and dark inside so its just a picture of me! Whatever
